Gelatin from 21st Century comes in a surprisingly large package! As a marathon runner with knee issues from 2008 to 2010, a friend suggested adding Gelatin to my regimen (along with glucosamine, chondroitin, and MSM). Since then, I have had no knee pain, no more cortisone shots. Thanks to 21st Century, my knees are healthy, and my running is fantastic!

A friend recommended I try unflavoured powdered gelatin, which was hard to find. I then decided to take it in capsule form. After two weeks, I noticed that the knee pain I experienced since minor surgery in ‘09 has vanished completely! It’s a fantastic product, thank you, iHerb!

A partial meniscus rupture led me to search for a solution known as "larkspur," which refers to gelatin. Initially, I used painkillers and anti-inflammatories, but after three weeks of combining collagen and gelatin, I experienced no discomfort. I hope for a full recovery and will provide an update once treatment concludes. Two months post-injury, my knee feels normal, and the supplement is working as I'd hoped.
